North Country Healthcare Recognized for Health Information Technology Efforts

Coös County, NH- February 20, 2026 – North Country Healthcare (NCH) has been honored with two awards for efforts in advancing health technology solutions in the North Country. The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) recognized NCH in its 2025 Digital Health Most Wired (DHMW) Survey, awarding NCH a Level 9 designation in both the Acute and Ambulatory surveys. NCH also received a Level 9 in Acute and Ambulatory in 2024.

“The DHMW survey evaluates healthcare organizations across eight domains: Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics & Data Management, Interoperability & Population Health, Patient Engagement, Clinical Quality & Safety, and Innovation & Emerging Technology,” reads the 2025 DHMW Trends Report. “Participants receive domain scores and an overall maturity level (1-10) based on the meaningful adoption, integration, and outcomes of digital technologies implemented to deliver benefits…The 2025 data set includes provider organizations of all sizes, from 25-bed critical access hospitals to 12,000-bed mega health systems, and ambulatory care practices ranging from 5 to 5,000 physicians and advanced practice providers.”

Compared with 259 unique acute care organizations and 48,000 ambulatory care clinics across the US, Italy, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, and India, North Country Healthcare was among 29% of entities that scored a Level 9.

“Your achievement positions [NCH] among the leaders in the digital health landscape,” said CHIME, “and it is an honor to acknowledge your organization’s pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology.”
