North Country Home Health & Hospice works with a variety of insurance providers, including Medicare, New Hampshire Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans. Coverage for services varies based on your individual plan and eligibility.

For patients who qualify for the Medicare hospice benefit, many hospice services are covered in full. This typically includes medications related to the hospice diagnosis, medical equipment, supplies, and support from the hospice care team. Coverage may vary depending on individual circumstances.

If you do not have insurance, or if you have out-of-pocket costs, financial assistance options may be available. Our team can help review your situation and discuss available programs.

In accordance with federal regulations, patients who are uninsured or choose not to use insurance may request a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges prior to receiving services.
