Littleton, NH – October 2, 2026 – North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency (NCHHHA) invites the North Country to join us at the 21st Annual Home Health & Hospice Gala, presented by Hospital Medicine Solutions, on Friday, December 4, 2026 at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel.
Building off last year’s sensational night and incredible generosity, NCHHHA’s signature fundraiser brings together community leaders, supporters, and distinguished guests for an unforgettable evening of giving and celebration.
For over two decades, the Gala has supported NCHHHA, which serves 51 communities across northern New Hampshire to bring home health, palliative, and hospice care to people in their homes. This event helps sustain the extra layers of care that bring comfort, dignity, safety, and support to patients and families as they navigate their healthcare journey at home during life’s most important moments.
NCHHHA is proud to announce Hospital Medicine Solutions (HMS) as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2026 Gala. HMS is a New Hampshire management and consulting company that provides expert evaluation, delivery of strategic improvements, and management of hospital medicine services to acute and post-acute health care facilities. The 21st Annual Home Health & Hospice Gala will begin with a welcome and cocktail hour in the Mount Washington’s historic lobby and conservatory, with refreshments, caricatures by Kaio Scott, music from the Sap Tappers, and time to browse the silent auction. Dinner will be held in the Grand Ballroom, accompanied by the musical talents of Ashley Warwick of Bombshell Jazz. Remarks, the keynote presentation, and an exciting live auction will follow dinner. After the main program, guests will enjoy more live music and dancing with Ashley Warwick in the Ballroom, followed by an exclusive after party in the Cave with the Wicked Smart Horn Band.
