Our agency was founded in 1970, by a group of dedicated individuals who saw the need for quality home healthcare services in New Hampshire’s North Country.

Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to include hospice care, palliative care, and outpatient appointments. In 2015, we merged with Northwoods Home Health and Hospice and the Berlin Visiting Nurses Association, allowing us to serve all of Coös County and the northern part of Grafton County.
