Supporting Your Home Health and Hospice Agency

When you give, all benefit.

Community support is critical to NCHHHA’s ability to provide home health and hospice care in the many communities throughout Coös and Grafton Counties that we serve, regardless of a patient’s ability to serve. Contributions, large and small, from individuals, service organizations and businesses are equally important and always appreciated. Donations and bequests are tax deductible.

Memorial Donations

Donations to the agency may be made in memory of a friend or loved one. Please note for whom the memorial donation is made so the family can be notified of your gift.

Annual Fundraising Appeal

Hospice Volunteer Program

The Agency offers volunteer training programs annually which meets in the evening over a 6 week period. We also offer additional trainings on specific topics throughout the year. All volunteers are screened for TB and undergo a criminal records check. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator at (603) 444-5317.
